Kevin Krause, President

Kevin is the founder and President of BaxterKrause Retained Executive Recruiters. He is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a talent for making personal connections and building top domestic and international business teams.

Kevin’s success is multi-national and multi-lingual. Fluent in German, Kevin lived, worked and was educated in Germany for over a decade. His unique perspective of German culture, language and customs has led BaxterKrause to be a preeminent recruiter for German companies both in the US and abroad.

Prior to establishing BaxterKrause, Kevin held several senior level positions in the automotive industry, as Director for Siemens Automotive, Freundenberg and Valeo Corporation. Besides helping to take a company public on the New York Exchange, Kevin also worked as a market consultant for German companies entering the US market during the major investment years. It was at this time Kevin realized the need companies had for acquiring quality executive talent if they were to become successful in a competitive global environment. He started BaxterKrause to fulfill the international demand.

Constance Arvidson-Krause, Vice President Business Development

Constance is helping to build BaxterKrause into one of the strongest brands for European executive recruiting in the Southeast. 

Constance has spent her career in the international education and business community. Living and working abroad, she gained a unique perspective and understanding of the business needs and culture of European firms entering the US market. While living in Germany, Constance was employed by Heimtextilien GmBH, an importer of American fabric for interior design. In France, where she studied for many years, Constance received an internship with Garrett Automotive, a manufacturer of turbo chargers.

In the US, Constance has been employed by the French Consulate in Detroit and contracted for the French Trade Commission. She also served as Executive Director of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta and was involved with international sales with Northwest Airlines. Constance has a B.A in International Business from the University of Michigan, where she was a varsity fencer.

Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis, Senior Executive Recruiter

Kathy combines industry research with personality and behavioral data to effectively source talent for organizations. Focusing in both the technical competencies and cultural fit that deliver top performers, Kathy coaches executives through career transitions and works with organizations to improve hiring selection and professional development processes.

Kathy’s experience includes serving as Director of Research for Deloitte’s global commercial real estate consulting practice, President of RealEstate.com, and Chief Marketing Officer of financial services software company, FNC. She has also participated in study abroad programs in Chile and Bolivia. In her native Georgia, Kathy initiated the largest oral history project through the national nonprofit organization, StoryCorps (www.storycorps.net), in partnership with Public Broadcasting Atlanta and the Center for Civil and Human Rights, and continues to serve on the Advisory Board.

Kathy holds a B.A. in multi-disciplinary studies from North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in economics from the University of Florida.

Jane Weathersby, Human Talent Consultant

Jane Weathersby is an accomplished Human Resource professional with 23 years of executive leadership. She has served in a full range of domestic and international executive HR capacities as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Caribiner International; Vice President, Corporate, International Benefits, Compensation, and Expatriate Services at Turner Broadcasting System; and Vice President of Human Resources for CNN.

Active in the build-out of HR functional areas, Janes’s experience encompasses all aspects of talent management including employee recruiting, selection, development, performance management, executive coaching and mentoring, succession planning and leadership training. Her international benefit and compensation experience includes plan design and system implementation for employees throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Central and South America.

Jane has an ABJ degree from The University of Georgia. Professional affiliations include SHRM Atlanta and The Turnaround Management Association.

Jane Li, Practice Leader for Asia

Jane Li is a native of China with local involvement in the Atlanta Chinese and Asian communities. She has served as Board Member, Secretary General, and Vice President of the Association of Chinese Professionals in Atlanta. In January 2006, Jane was designated by the Ningbo Foreign Investment Development Board as the representative in Georgia to promote foreign investments.

Jane has enjoyed many professional designations. In 2006, she was invited to be a board of director of the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association in southeastern U.S., and was honored with the Rising Influential award by Who’s Who in Asian American Communities. Jane was also elected as a board member of the Asian American Heritage Foundation in 2008.
