Conduct a thorough “fit analysis”
We look beyond technical requirements and career expertise to assess a candidate’s key drivers and motivations. Our goal is to find executive talent that closely aligns with a client’s strategy, culture, technical, and managerial competencies.
Be honest and direct
If we don’t see a fit, we tell our candidates before they invest time and energy. We are discerning and typically submit no more than six qualified candidates for a position.
